Watercolor Meditation
Sat: Sep 5, 12, 19, 26, Oct 3; 1–3 pm
Build confidence with watercolor while integrating mindfulness practices such as breathwork, guided visualization, walking meditation, and sensory awareness to cultivate a creative flow state. Students will explore how artists convey emotion while developing core watercolor skills, including color mixing, layering, transparent washes, and a range of brush techniques. Experienced students will benefit from dedicated studio time and individualized guidance from an expert instructor for feedback and critique.
